The 30 Minute Workout

B-Fit operates a ladies only fitness centre featuring a 20 machine circuit workout consisting of 10 pieces of hydraulic equipment and 10 recovery stations (also known as mats). The circuit is specifically designed for women to give them a full body workout. You move left from machine to board spending the allotted time on each piece of equipment and you go round the circuit 2 times. This gives a circuit workout time of 30 minutes. After your have completed the circuit, its time to...stretch! Stretching at the end of the workout is as important as the workout itself and comes with its own benefits. Your muscles will have tightened during your workout so you need to relax these a little before you leave the gym to avoid any pain, strain or injury. Stretching also increases your flexibility and helps the blood circulate round the body more efficiently. It can also help to provide you with better posture and help relieve stress levels throughout your day; So remember to do your stretching exercises before you leave - its for your benefit!!

B-Fit Machinery

The circuit consists of modern american built equipment specifically designed for women. Listed below are the examples of the machine information cards that are located beside each piece of equipment, informing the user of the muscles groups they are using although you will feel other muscles working in conjunction with the main ones.

Recovery Stations

Incorporated into the circuit are 10 recovery stations. The purpose of the stations is to provide you with the cardiovascular part of your exercise and are there to maintain your heart rate which you will have achieved on the previous pieces of equipment. Your heart rate will be checked every 8 minutes to make sure it stays within safe levels. You perform basic cardio moves ie. walking on the spot etc. Don't worry if you are unsure what to do on these boards as a member of the B-Fit team will be on hand at all times to keep you right by motivating you and other members on the circuit.

Steppers

The new addition to the 30 minute circuit workout is Steppers. Members have been seen to use the recovery boards as steppers but they are not designed for this purpose, therefore, the user could easily trip up and cause themselves strain or even injury. B-Fit have incorporated 2 steppers into their circuit so that boards can be used for their intended purpose and the steppers for theirs.
